Customer Innovates was first of its kind innovation workshop which was organized by Arthlex Research to showcase its methodology - Problem Discovery Method based on its philosophy of non-Human Centered Radical Innovation.
We did a live experiment by bringing together select retail customers and representatives from the top Retail Brands in India. Using our proprietary methodology, we dissected the shopping experience of the customers. The industry executives donned the role of observers taking notes from their experiences.
